Main Level
Foyer The foyer has a leaded glass, Therma-Tru fiberglass door with two leaded glass sidelights, which look like real wood. The door handles in the entire home are by Kwikset and feature a Venetian bronze finish. The floor is a Shaw Pantheon porcelain tile; 19.69" × 19.69". An original, hand crafted, Mayne Workshop carved log support post separates the foyer from the Great Room. The massive log stairway with log treads climbs toward the loft and a more conventional, carpeted stairway goes into the finished basement.

Foyer Bathroom This is the powder room off the main foyer. The walls and floor are all Shaw Pantheon porcelain tile, 13.67" × 13.67" for walls and 19.69" × 19.69" for the floor. The cabinets are Bertch custom finish, in sage stain, with hand-rubbed brown glaze finish. The bottom drawers have a hand painted, floral motif. The room also has a Mansfield Victorian porcelain pedestal sink, with a Moen Monticello faucet in the oil-rubbed bronze finish. Also included are oil-rubbed towel bar, glass shelf and robe hook.

Great Room A Crestline maintenance-free window wall gives an impressive view of the lake and allows for plenty of natural light. A Heatilator see-thru gas fireplace with a massive Bailey's Harbor, Proline stone veneer and a Mayne Workshop hand-carved mantel are some of the many features of this impressive room. Hand-peeled log tie beams make the 21 foot tall ceiling seem cozy. The floor is a Shaw carpet, Cabin Craft Soft Impressions color: Natural.

Master Bedroom The outer two walls are full log. The inside two walls are textured drywall and the ceiling is knotty pine. The floor is a rich carpet from Shaw, Cabin Craft Soft Impressions color: Natural. The Heatilator gas fireplace is a see-thru model from the Great Room, with a Bailey's Harbor Proline stone veneer. This spacious 17.5ft X 15ft room has a transom window on the south side, offering both light and privacy. Storage is space is maximized with a 12ft X 5.5ft walk-in closet.

Master Bath The Bertch cabinetry is custom built, and designed by Golden Eagle Log Homes kitchen designer, Janet Felton and her staff. The cabinetry is knotty pine with beaded, inset door, in a warm toffee finish. A hand painted, ceramic, porcelain Mansfield sink in a pine motif with matching toilet. The Moen faucets are Kingsley, in the oil- rubbed finish, with matching towel bars, robe hooks, etc. The floor is a Shaw Baja tile, 13.40" × 13.40". An Aker corner whirlpool is tucked in one corner with logs above. The other corner has a spacious sunken shower with Moen body jets and Shaw Baja porcelain tiles, 6.5" × 6.5" with resin limestone decoration accents. Shaw wall listellos and rope trim are accents on the walls and floor. The shower floor also features in-floor heat.

Kitchen The kitchen features custom designed cabinets by the Golden Eagle Log Homes expert kitchen design team led by Janet Felton, and are custom built by Bertch. The cabinets are solid, knotty alder wood in a natural stain and are 42" tall with staggered depth. The kitchen has an island with an aged, ebony stain, with accented spindle posts. The island also has a 3" thick wood butcher block. The other countertops are solid, real granite. The kitchen sink is a Mansfield pie crust farm sink, topped with a stainless Moen Vestige faucet. The Subzero refrigerator has glass doors with stainless steel trim. Microwave, Oven and warming drawers, Subzero refrigerator drawers and Fisher & Paykel dish drawers; all stainless. The floor is a Shaw Pantheon porcelain tile; 19.69" × 19.69". Note: Vetter alder windows match the kitchen alder cabinets. This spacious room measures 18ft X 14ft.

Dining room The dining room is open to the kitchen and measures 18ft X 14ft. It features knotty hickory, real wood flooring. Lots of glass that helps create a bright room. A nine foot ceiling also makes the room feel more airy.

Breakfast Nook This room offers a beautiful panoramic view with its many windows. Rich wood floors and knotty pine covered walls make this room warm and cozy. You must sit in this room to truly appreciate the view. A 2-dimensional picture does not do justice to this perfectly situated room.

First Floor Laundry / Multi-purpose Room The first floor laundry features custom built Bertch cabinets, with solid, knotty alder wood, in a natural stain. These cabinets are also designed by the Golden Eagle Log Homes Bath and Kitchen design team. The floor is a Shaw Pantheon porcelain tile; 19.69" × 19.69". The sink is a Moenstone by Moen, black quartz composite sink with Moen Monticello, brushed stainless, high arch faucet. Washer and dryer are included. This room is conveniently located between the garage and the kitchen. It has many cabinets as an "average kitchen" does.

Garage This garage is huge, over three stalls. The ceiling and walls are insulated as are the Clopay garage doors. The walls and ceilings are drywalled and painted. One stall has a drive-thru, which is handy for boat trailers and snowmobiles.

Loft Level
Loft Sitting Area Perhaps the best view of the lake is from this room. This room measures 24ft X 18ft and offers a 5 mile view across the lake.

Loft Bedrooms The loft bedrooms feature a nice combination of drywall and knotty pine planking and split log. The floors are a rich carpet from Shaw, Cabin Craft Soft Impressions color: Natural. These two rooms are identical and are set up like master bedroom suites. Each has a private bathroom and walk-in closets They feature two balconies with sliding doors in each room. And each measures 23ft X 18ft.

Lower Level
Wine Cellar & Wine Tasting Room The floor in this room is a Shaw Pantheon tile 19.67" × 19.67". The tile is beaded pine wainscot. Mahagony wine racks hold 450 bottles wine and are naturally cooled. The wine cellar also doubles as a safe room featuring concrete walls and a steel door.

Family Room & Hallway A Heatilator electric fireplace with stacked, sawtooth stone and a hand-carved, Mayne Workshop hand crafted custom mantle highlight this room. Stacked, Bailey's Harbor Proline stone veneer is used as a wainscot, 36" high and a golden eagle 10" split log above. On the floor is a Shaw Artistry Crystal Canyon carpet. This room offers both in-floor and forced air heat. The contractor who built this home commented that this is his favorite room.

Lower Level Bath This bathroom features Bertch Legacy knotty hickory, natural, cabinets with a marble top. The faucets are Moen Monticello in a platinum finish. The toilet is a high rise, Mansfield with an elongated bowl, in a warm bone color. There is a five foot, one piece Aker tub and shower module. The flooring is Shaw Pantheon tile 13.67" × 13.67".

Lower Level Bedroom Large egress windows bring in a lot of natural light into this 14ft X 17ft bedroom. This room features a huge closet measuring 11ft X 11ft, which would alos make a great nursery or reading room.

Theater Room This room is often viewed as the main attraction of this home. The Theater Room has two rows of lighted, elevated, La-Z-Boy Theater seating and surround sound, a high definition, large screen TV. The wall finish is a staggered pine wainscot on the lower portion, and the upper portion is drywall, custom crushed velvet wall curtains enhance the look. The floor is Shaw Cabin Craft Ever Yours carpet Tapestry.

Theater Snack Room What theatre would be complete without a concession stand? This room features see-thru glass countertops and display cabinet which allows you see your favorite snacks; M&M's, Kit Kats, and Snickers. Of course, there is a popcorn machine too, and a small refrigerator. Walls are beaded, old fashioned wainscot in pine. The sink is a Moenstone by Moen, black quartz composite sink and the faucet is an oil rubbed finish, Monticello by Moen. The floor is a Shaw Cabin Craft Ever Yours Tapestry.
